Overtype for Teams

Most staff never need a full PDF suite. They need to fix a line, redact a name or fill in a form. Overtype does exactly that in the browser, for about a tenth of Acrobat's price.

• Nothing leaves the machine. Every edit happens on the employee's own computer, so there is no document processor to add to your records and no data-processing agreement to negotiate.
• Redaction that verifies itself. Removed text is checked across the whole file afterwards, including page properties and metadata.
• Deployment through policy. Push the extension with Chrome or Edge management and set one licence key by managed storage. It licenses every employee — no per-user activation.

One-time, per seat. Minimum 5 seats.

Prices in USD. Pay once per seat. The key never expires and covers the whole organisation.

How deployment works

1. Install the extension for your users via Chrome or Edge management.
2. Set the extension policy value licenseKey to the key we send you.
3. Done. Every managed browser is licensed; nobody has to activate anything.
